Clarity through stupidity

Well my story is somehow funny, 'cause it was mostly the lack of good arguments presented by meat eaters that made me go vegan
I had been vegetarian for many years but never given serious thought into becoming vegan, when I started discussing the possibility of gaining muscle mass and power on a vegetarian diet on a natural bodybuilding forum. Most people said that it was almost impossible to build muscle and be vegetarian and I fought them pretty hard, drawing on examples and nutritional science (as far as I'm familiar with it ).
It was pretty easy to defeat all their "arguments" cause they really didn't have much substance and then some guys started telling me that if I was that radical, I should be a vegan...
Well I realized that they had a point there. And when someone posted a clip of a vegan natural BB who had already won a world championship (now a friend of mine, hehe ) I was convinced that this was the way to go.
Today I'm really proud of what I've become and try to convince as many people as possible, whenever I see a chance

I'm not as muscular as you seem to be on you avatar but I had the same discussion about vegan and drumming. People said vegan has no energy, but... I play blastbeat like hell
