Are you often sick?

I'm curious.. I had a cold for the last week, and it's not the first in the past year.. I think it's stress and the work with children i do, it's easy to catch some illness from them. But I'm not used this, before, I was rarely ill.. How about you?

Have you got your own ways to deal with illnesses?
