Your national metal prides

Are you proud of your national bands or rather shameful ?

What i like the most here is that young metalcore scene, with many bands turning to melodic death and showing a very high potential to get knwon outside the country. And many are spreading the idea of veganism. I hope this may lead to a point, were veganism is a normal thing in the (death) metal scene, and not just the strange attitude of some hardcore kiddies (I think many people think about it that way).
I'm getting a bit off topic.. These bands do great music. We may come closer to the swedish scene. I Like that.

I don't have to explain our past and present in power and thrash metal I think

I must admit this past years that France have developed a good scene.
Specifically in Death Metal I want to say with bands like Benighted, Kronos, Gojira (I dislike but I know many like it)... but in Black Metal too with bands like Arkhon Infaustus, Blut Aus Nord, Deathspell Omega...

Argh Arkhon. They have been signed because one man was sucked during the shows. I see them at their beginning, the vocalist was the worst I had never heard.

yeah but today, it's one of my favorite band. But vocals are not really good even now

It's not what interest me in AI
I'm most fan of their ambiances and evil stuff
